New Year Message from the Chairman of the Irish Division of The Caravan Club

I would like to wish all our members a very happy New Year.  I hope you all had a lovely Christmas with your family and friends and I hope Santa was good to all the children.  By now you should have received your copy of the 2012 Irish Division Rally Handbook, a really good planning guide for all your rallying/pampering weekends away - and that’s only the menfolk. 

There are lots of exciting rallies to choose from and of course I am looking forward to visiting Belfast for the National at Easter – also it is the 100 year anniversary of the Titanic sinking, so there will be lots to do as always.  Book early to avoid disappointment.  

Before that the Holiday World Exhibitions in Kings Hall and the RDS is in a few weeks – maybe you have not decided where to go, the show might help you decide. 

The Leinster Centre had its winter walk last Sunday 8^th January – I was unable to attend unfortunately but I heard it was a great success, as always and the first outing of 2012 for the Leinster Centre.

I’ll just say to all that I hope 2012 is good for you.  I wish health and happiness to all our members.
